Model numbers.

Early type numbers were quite different from later ones, they were like 21A (i.e. 211) or 22A (i.e. 221).
Notice with 24A, 24G and 24S. These are indeed very confusing.
24G is a Samba (i.e. 241),
24A is a sunroof Microbus (i.e. 225),
24S is a Samba with M130 option i.e. Without sunroof and roof window. Only one surviving type 24S is known, 20-017671.
